When should I expect a call to schedule my estimate?That's a great question! We'll call you to schedule your estimate once we have processed your request.

What's all included in my estimate?That's a great question! Every client, including you, is guaranteed to receive a quote for what we like to call THE BIG FOUR which is Mowing, Spring Cleanup, Ongoing Maintenance, and Fall Cleanup. You may also request an additional personalized estimate for any special projects on your property such as a landscape design along a concrete walkway.

How quickly will I receive my price quotes after my estimate?That's a great question. Do I have to be physically present at the estimate?That's a great question! Although we would love to meet you, you do not have to be physically present at the estimate.

How long do I have to accept an estimate?That's a great question! All estimates have to be accepted within 7 days.

What time will you arrive?That's a great question! We will notify you the week of your project when you should expect us to arrive at your property (excluding weekly lawn service).

What type of equipment do you use?That's a great question! We use primarily gas powered equipment such as: push mowers, string-trimmer weedwhackers, and gas powered leaf blowers.

Do I have to sign a contract?That's a great question! You do not have to sign a contract for any services from us unless otherwise noted.

How do you accept payment?That's a great question! We accept payment via cash and/or check.

When is my payment due?That is a great question! Payments are due within 15 days after work is completed for all landscaping services.

Where do I send my payment?That's a great question! Please send all payments and all correspondence to our mailing address at 2351 Oakwood Hills Drive, Apartment 108, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. You will receive email confirmation once your payment is processed and posted to your account.

What is the payment schedule on a project that exceeds $1.00 but is less than $749.99?That's a great question! Although we do not require a contract to be signed we still follow the following payment schedule: 1. 100% of contract price 15 days after work is completed. 2. If final balance is not paid within 15 days after submission of invoice to owner, all other services provided by The Weeding Team LLC is to be suspended, and interest is to accrue monthly at 1.5% thereafter.

What is the payment schedule on a project greater than $750.00 but is less than $5,000.00?That's a great question! Although we do not require a contract to be signed we still follow the following payment schedule: 1. 20% of contract price at contract signing. 2. 50% of contract price on the day work begins. 3. 30% of contract price on the day the work is completed. 4. If final 30% is not paid within 15 days after submission of invoice to owner, all other services provided by The Weeding Team LLC is to be suspended, and interest is to accrue monthly at 1.5% thereafter.

Referring a client?That's a great question! If you refer a client to The Weeding Team you can receive a credit for not one but TWO lawn services for both you and the referral. Mention your referral to the estimator to receive credit. Terms and conditions apply below! - Both the current and referred client must have received 28 lawn services in the year of referral at full quoted price and paid all landscape services from The Weeding Team in full to receive full referral credit. Credit will be applied to both accounts on December 1st of the year of referral. Total credit value is limited to $100 or $50 per service and may only be used for future services and not be redeemed for cash value. Credit can be applied to any landscaping service offered by The Weeding Team. Any lawn service valued over $50 will be capped at $50 for service credit. There is no limit to the amount of referrals one client may refer to The Weeding Team but the referral must not be already receiving any services from The Weeding Team.

Leaving a review?That's a great question! If you leave a service review for us only on our Google Business Page, you will receive a $10.00 credit towards your next invoice. Limited to one $10.00 invoice credit per client. You can find our Google Business Page by searching "The Weeding Team" in the Google search bar!

Are there any seasonal promotions?That's a great question! All seasonal promotions are posted on our Facebook only! Check there for great deals on all of our landscaping services and be sure to mention it to the estimator!
